Cabell Midland has won the 2023 MSAC Softball Championship. The conference tournament was held at Little Creek Park in South Charleston, WV on April 26th & 27th. The Knights defeated Spring Valley by a score of 7-5 in the championship game. Full results of the tournament are below:
