Commissioner Jim Hamric has announced the 2026 All-MSAC Softball Team. Cabell Midland swept the special recognition categories. Becca Conrad was named Player of the Year, Drea Watts was named Pitcher of the Year, and Herman Beckett was Coach of the Year. The team was selected by a vote of league coaches and is as follows:
